Willie R Jacobs

Willie Roger Jacobs was born on January 1, 1952 in Mullins, SC to the union of Frances Weaver Jacobs and Willie Rembert Jacobs.  Will, as he was affectionately known attended school in the Mullins Public School System.  He graduated from Mullins High School, Class of 1972.

Will lived in Atlantic City, NJ for 47 years and lived in Philadelphia, PA for a short time.  He loved to cook, dance, and have fun with his family and friends.  Will worked at various jobs while in New Jersey to include Lenox China in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for many years, The Taj Mahal Casino and The Resorts Casino.  He also worked security for Bernie Robbins Jewelry Store in Northfield, NJ.  In 2018, Will relocated back to Mullins, SC. He made Faith Baptist Center his church home and the members of Faith Baptist   Center his church family.

Will was preceded in death by his mother, Frances  Jacobs, nephew Sedrick Lindo, and niece Matah Brown.

He leaves to mourn 3 brothers Jerry Jacobs, James Brown (Geraldine) of Mullins SC, and Johnnie Jacobs (Ramona) of Baltimore, MD; 3 sisters Delores McCray (Crawford), Velma Anderson (Charlie), and Cheryl Bailey (Jeffrey), all of Mullins SC; 1 sister of the heart Janie Berry Legette; a devoted friend Elma Wallace of Arkansas; 2 aunts Mildred Eady of Mullins SC, Mary Weaver of Charlotte NC; an extended family: the Pressley Family, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
