Shandon Tymiere Floyd, born on December 27, 2002, departed this life on November 8, 2023. Shandon attended Mullins High School and graduated with the class of 2021. Shandon studied Nursing at Newberry College in Newberry, SC. Shandon joined Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church at an early age.
Shandon was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents B.C. Platt and Mary Louise Platt and by his paternal grandmother Eva Floyd.
Shandon was an all around people’s person. Shandon loved to do hair, travel, and just plain out have fun. To know Shandon was to love him. Shandon loved his family and close friends, and most of all his Mom. That was his #1 BFF. Shandon’s dreams and plans were to become a nurse and hairstylist some day. Shandon will greatly be missed by those who loved him.

Six great uncles, eight great aunts, a host of cousins, relatives, and friends. Special cousin/sisters Tameisha Lasane and JaSya (OG) Gilchrist, Avy Baby, Jireh Richburg, Hajenia Williams and Keshawn Ham.
