Saundra was well travelled, she lived in New Jersey, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, singing gospel songs everywhere she went.  Known for singing “I am a living testimony”, “I’m Free”, and “Sweeping through the city”

Her love for singing led her to start a group in 1975 called “Ann & the Hearts of Faith”.  Some more of her favorite songs were, “When all God’s children get to Heaven”, “What we gonna feast on? Milk and Honey!”, “We are gonna wear a long white robe”, “We are gonna ride the Golden Chariot”, “Sit in a Holy City”, “O’ Peter don’t be afraid, walk out on the water’ and “I’ll Fly away”.

In 2015, Saundra returned to the House of God Church in Orangeburg, South Carolina under Elder Janie Mitchell wherein she continued to sing under the anointing of God.

She was employed with OKI Technologies Company in Norcross, Georgia, Southern Packing in Mullins, SC and she was the greatest Avon representative in both Marion and Mullins.

Saundra slept away into eternity at 12:15 p.m. on October 16th, leaving the Saluda Nursing Home Center of Saluda, South Carolina to a greater place of Peace.  Can you hear her singing?
