Nathaniel Legette

     Nathaniel Legette, Jr. was born on January 3, 1948 in Marion County the son of the late Nathaniel Legette, Sr. and Elgavie Gerald Legette.  He departed this life on June 1, 2019.  Preceding him in death are two brothers--Leon Legette and James Legette.

     Leaving to cherish his memory are his children Azeez (Rashieda) Muhammad of East Orange, NJ and Ashley Jackson of Spartanburg, SC; three grandchildren--Shadeed Alston, Najah Alston, and Saree Alston Muhammad; three sisters--Esther Legette of the home, Alice (William) Tarlton of Marion, SC, Beverly (Wilson) Eaddy of Marion, SC; two aunts--Clara Hall of Bennettsville, SC and Annierine Legette of Mullins, SC; two special friends Brenda Bennett and Pearl; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
