Lerome Paige

Lerome Paige,the youngest sibling born to the late Thomas and Bessie P. Paige, gained his heavenly wings on Monday, February 22, 2021 at PruittHealth Medical Center, North Augusta, South Carolina.

Lerome was raised in the community of Nichols and attended the schools of Marion County.  Being the hard worker that he was, after attending high school he began the work force at an early age.  He loved to work and made that a hobby of his.  This humble man never bothered anybody unless you approached him first.

He was employed by Battle Gas Company, Pilliod Furniture, Traylor's Brothers Company, Barry's Trucking Company, Indian River Trucking Company and C T Durham Trucking Company until his health failed.

Lerome provided for his family and helped anybody in any way he could.  He was a strong fighter the entire time, even though his health was failing.  Having to relocate several times and being hours away from his family, he still fought on.  After learning about the Lord, Lerome united his membership with his parents' home church, Williams Chapel A.M.E. Church, Nichols, SC.

He leaves to mourn his wife, Loutricia; his children Rashard, Levetrice, and LaRhonda; granddaughters Trinity, Wynter, And Wysdom.  His sisters Kirby, Janice, Geraldine; brothers Cornell, Cleveland, and Grant; other loving siblings, several sisters and brothers-in-law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whom he cherished faithfully.
