Joseph Grant Jr. was born on July 25, 1978 to Betty Grant and Joseph Grant in Mullins, SC. On May 20, 2020, he was suddenly taken from us. Joseph Grant aka "Lil Joe" attended the public schools of Mullins and graduated at Mullins High School. Joe enjoyed the presence of his family being around. He knew how to put a smile on people's faces and always tried to help someone out anyway he could.
He warmed our lives with good energy and great vibes. He was never hateful and despised arguments and drama. You could always be comfortable in his company. He also had a great love for fitted hats, pitt bulls, fishing, and some good ole blueberry muffins. Blueberry muffins was his favorite and if you didn't know how to make it like Mom Dukes or Jeanise, he definitly would let you know.
He loved all his kids and loving grandson. Joe leaves to cherish his memories: his wonderful mom, Betty Grant; his caring fathers Joseph Grant and Richard White; his two sisters Jeanise Grant and Kizzy Grant; two brothers Abram and Richard Grant; wonderful five kids Jashai Harrel, Janeisha Grant, Janadra Grant, Kieana Grant and Zyrei Platt; grandson Kingstyn; loving additional kids Zy'asia Wilson and Isabella Faulk and his loving girlfriend Natalie Wheeler; four uncles, seven aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; Special friends Tyrone, Black, Maurice and friends.
He was preceded in death by hisa maternity grandparents, Henry and Laura Godbolt, Francina Grant and Henry Grant, his sister Sharon Godbolt Mason.
