Mr. Jerrell Jerome Genwright was born June 4, 1978 in Mullins, SC to Darrin Mullins and Faye Carolyn Genwright. He departed this earthly life on October 1, 2023.
“Show” as he was affectionately called, received his education in New York and Marion County Public Schools. “Show” was a dedicated skilled machine operator at So-Pak-Co Packaging where he was an employee there for over 20 years. “Show” was a die-hard San Francisco 49ers fan and enjoyed watching football. He also earned the title of being “The Favorite Uncle” where he was known for spoiling his nieces & nephews. “Show enjoyed spending time with family & friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand in whichever way he could.
“Show” was preceded in death by his parents: Darrin Mullins & Faye Carolyn Genwright, his maternal grandparents: Legrant & Emma Genwright, and his paternal grandfather Joe Mason.
“Show” leaves behind to cherish his memories, his brothers Quincy (Marsha) Genwright, & Kendrick (Glorianna) Nelson. His sisters: Christina (Chucky) Schenk & Jalessa Genwright. His paternal grandmother Blondell Mullins. Two uncles: Jeffery Genwright & Ronald “Ronnie J” Mullins. One aunt: Tabatha Grant, Four great aunts: Ida Bell Lowery, Fannie Raeford, Francis Martin, and Agnes Genwright. Seven nieces and nephews: Kierra Schenk, Monica Schenk, Joshua Genwright, Jayden Genwright, DeAnna Schenk Jayvon Allenye, and Jaliyah King. Special cousins: Amp, Mickey, Eric, & Kevin along with a host of relatives, friends, and the whole So-pak-co crew.
