James W Davis

Brother James W. Davis entered into eternal rest late Monday, November 8, 2021 at MUSC Health Florence, SC.  He was born January 16, 1955 to the late Willie M. Davis and Eva B. Davis.

He was educated in the Horry County School System.  He was employed with Holliday Associates in Galivants Ferry, SC for many years before his health failed.  James (JW) gave his life to Christ and joined House of God in Centenary, SC where he remained a faithful member until his Savior called him home. 

Along with his parents, three brothers preceded him in death: Henry Lee, Sammy Earl and Jerome Davis.

He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to his devoted and lovely wife, Betty S. Davis; his daughter Kim Spain of the home, his adopted daughter Daniella Flowers of Conway, SC; three grandchildren Jamai, Jamiah, and Jameir; five brother: Willie Jr. of Aynor SC, Howard Lee (Tammy) Davis of Dillon SC, Leroy of Mullins, Kenny and Christian Davis of Marion SC; three sisters: Letha (Eric) Mitchell of Marion SC, Laura of Mullins SC and Annie (Larry) Tart of Mullins SC; eight sisters-in-law: Linda (Arthur) Busbee, Jackie Harris, Brenda Harris, Lena Gerald, Janet Harris, Rita McCotter, Brenda Davis, and Phyllis Davis; four brothers-in-law: James (Doris) Harris, Jamie Harris, Larry (Elouise) Harris, and Terry (Michella) Harris, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
