Helen Davis was born August 27, 1943 in Marion County, Mullins SC. to the late West and Polly Davis. She spent most of her adult life in Winston Salem, NC where she was employed as a seamstress. She was very talented and used her gift in designing her own men and women clothing. In her younger adult years, she was known for her beauty and caring spirit. Helen was also a proud mom of seven children which included five boys and two daughters whom she loved very dearly. Helen was blessed to have had a family that supported her greatly in the raising of her children of which she was always thankful. In 2016, after a brief illness, Helen relocated to Valdosta GA with her daughter and son-in-law. She was later admitted to Pruitt Nursing home where she was adored by all the nurses and staff which ultimately led to her being considered family. After losing her son-in-law in 2019, Helen was moved to Mullins with her daughter where she was admitted to Mullins Nursing Home where she developed a very special bond and relationship with several members of the staff of which we are forever grateful to consider our family.
