Darryl Broome

Darryl Alex Terrell Hill Broome, formerly of Mullins, SC, transitioned on July 23, 2018. He was born on August 29, 1988 in Queens, NY.

Darryl was a graduate of Mullins High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree at South Carolina State University, where he was an active member of the Marching 101 band. Darryl worked as an Account Manager with Monster and an Instructor at Virginia College. As a young adult, Darryl enjoyed playing musical instruments, serving multiple roles in his church, and fellowshipping with his fraternity.

Darryl loved his family and friends and was always a joy to be around. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

He is predeceased by Keith Broome (brother), Theopia Aiken (sister) and T.C. Broome (Father).

Darryl leaves to cherish fond memories his mom, Gracie Broome; four sisters: Sharmaine Broome, Jeneatha Padilla (Gilbert), Constance Riley (Pedy), and Jolisa Goldsboro; four brothers: Keith Patterson (Delores), Jamar Gardner, Floyd Wade, Thomas Wade (Tasha) and Brandon Hester; a host of friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
