Cleveland Mullins, affectionately known as “PeeWee”, was born on February 18, 1958 in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was a 1976 graduate of Mullins High School and served in the United States Army earning several certificates during his tenure. Cleve also attended Florence-Darlington Technical College and earned several program certificates and awards for his profession to include the Manpower Division awards and exemplary nods from the Department of Transportation. He attended Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church and Church of Christ in Lamar, SC. Cleve was intelligent and insightful with a bubbly personality and a wonderful sense of humor. He was warm-hearted and a loving husband.
His father, Clifton Mullins, preceded him in death. Cleve leaves to continue his legacy and cherish fond memories his loving and dedicated wife, Regina Mullins of the home; his mother Carolyn Ford Mullins; his mother-in-law Mary (James) Johnson; his children Felicia KaTrina (Richard) Pickering, Cleveland Lamont Mullins, Tamia (Erick) Williams, Kevin Mullins, Sr. and Cody (Avarie) Pressley, Victoria Lane and Victor Lane; his grandchildren RJ and Rayne; Kenyatta, Sequan, Bre’yonna, Laila, Shaniyah and Sean; Jamori and Milan; Sy’erra, Kevin Jr., Jakhala, Jayden, Brendalin and Devin; Jalia, Christian, Journee, and Israel; Bryson and Quinton; his great grandchildren Ke’Ziah and Sa’Nova; his siblings Patricia (Thomas) Fedina, Claudette (Albert) Wilson, Christine Gerald, Curtis (Tabatha) Mullins, Chuckey (Janet) Mullins and Jackie Vandroff; his sisters and brothers-in-law Renita (Ace) Melton, Teresa (Dewayne) George, Robert (Monica) McCall, and Roswell (O’shawnda) McCall, a special friend Gloria Nichols and the entire Raeford Street Community and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
