Charles L. Mullins

Brother Charles Lee Mullins departed this earthly life on Thursday, July 6, 2023, surrounded by his family.  He was born to the late Frederick, Sr. & Lilly Mae Mullins. 

Charles was preceded in death by his Queen Lois Dianne; his father and mother  Frederick Sr. & Lilly Mae; siblings: Jimmy Lee, Leroy, Patsy and Van; in-laws Janice, Patricia, Essie, Flora, Peggy, Jack, Jr, James Lee, and Frank; grandson Antonio Anderson, and nephews Terrence Gray, Jacob Crawford and Anthony Tucker.

Charles was educated in the Mullins School District; but one of his biggest accomplishments was completing an HVAC course with his brother, Tony in New Jersey.  As a faithful  Man of God, he was a dedicated husband, father, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. 

He gave AVM Industries over 40 years of service and eventually retired in 2019. He enjoyed his retirement to the fullest. Charles always greeted you with a smile, a handshake or hug, and a kind word.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his son Corey (Alishea) both of Mullins, SC; eight grandchildren: Zoe, Iyona, Corey II, Alaisha, Te’Asia, Paul, and Shamel; two great grands: Natalia & Pierre; four brothers: Pastor Fred Mullins (Beatrice) of Florence, SC, Ray and Nelson Mullins of Mullins, SC, Tony (Annie Mae) Mullins of Newark, NJ, and Geter Mullins of Greenville, SC;  in-laws Marilyn, Carolyn, Almira, Sylvia, Stephanie, Rosina, and Charles Ray Page; A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
