Arnold Victor Capers

“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.”             Acts 3:19

Arnold Victor Capers was born May 27, 1962 in Mullins, SC. He was born to Elliott Williams and Lillie Mae Williams of Mullins, SC.

Arnold Capers was educated in Somerville, NJ up until eighth grade and continued his education at Mullins High School graduating with the class of 1981.  Arnold was a friend to many; he was willing to lend a helping hand to many in need.  He loved his family and always spoke highly of his classmates.  He enjoyed cooking out, spending time with friends and traveling.  As God touched his life, he often attended Saint Paul Baptist Church of Mullins, SC and later moved to Greenville, South Carolina.  He    often attended Outreach Tabernacle.

Arnold was preceded in death by his parents, Elliott and Lillie Mae Williams;

Arnold Capers will be lovingly remembered by his brother, Terry Williams of Mullins, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
