Anthony Mario “Peanut” Tucker departed this earthly life on Monday, October 12, 2020. He was born on October 15, 1970 to the late Ronald W. and Marilyn C. Tucker. He was the grandson of the late Bertha and Zeb Tucker of Nichols, South Carolina and Jack Crawford and Easter M. Cribb.
Peanut graduated from Mullins High School in the class of 1989. He continued his education at Thompson’s Barber College; where he completed and became a licensed Barber. He was a member of the Marion County Barbers’ Association. Peanut carried his studies further and studied to become a Master Barber and Instructor.
He gave his life to the Lord and joined First Friendship Baptist Church, Nichols, South Carolina where he was appointed Trustee and worked diligently in his church.
Peanut leaves to cherish his loving memories ~ his devoted significant other: Charlene Rush of Mullins, SC; his mother: Marilyn Tucker of Mullins, SC; his children: Shantala {Rashad} Washington of Greensboro, NC, India Tucker and Shekirah Cooper both of Mullins, SC; three sisters: Tamika {Corwyn} Melette of Summerville, SC; Paula {Christopher} Thomas and Annette {Kenneth} Sprinkle of Winston-Salem, NC; grandchildren: Ellyse Emily, Morgan, Demitri, Carter, and Brooklynn; one uncle: Charles Mullins and a host of nieces, aunts, nephews, other relatives and friends.
