Marble Jane Brown

     Marble Jane Brown was born on November 12, 1949 to Mrs. Ada Riggins Belt in Williamsburg County, SC.  She departed this life on December 31, 2018 at Carolinas Hospital Systems, Mullins, SC.  Marble received her education in the Marion County Public School System.

     Marble Jane loved music and in earlier years, she learned to play the piano and she played the trumpet.  She also made drum major on the Palmetto High School Band.  Marble was a hard worker and worked on many jobs.

     She was preceded in death by her father, James Belt. 
Marble Jane leaves to cherish fond memories her mother, Ada Riggins Belt of Mullins, SC; one (1) adopted daughter Jacciana Singletary (CeCe) of Mullins, SC; an adopted sister Janie Kizzy of Richmond, VA; two (2) brothers Mike (Elsa) Belt of Mullins, SC and Curtis (Tammy) Degraffiried of Mullins, SC; four (4) aunts Virginia Riggins of Kingstree, SC. Susie Brown, Ms. Sadie Colbert, and Frances Steward, all of Upper Marlboro, MD and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
