Geraldine Carmichael

Geraldine Reed Carmichael departed this life at home on March 11, 2024.  She was born to the late Mary and Julius Reed on November 7, 1955.  She was preceded in death by her parents and nine(9) siblings. 

Geraldine was born and reared in Mullins and attended the  Mullins Public School  System.   She and her identical  twin, Earldine, were very close growing up  and were often called by their nicknames “May Baby & “Daddy’s Gal” . During her adult life she worked various jobs until her health declined.  

Those she leaves to cherish fond and loving memories are: her husband, Clyde Carmichael; one daughter, Nicole Reed (Mario) of Mullins; two sons, Julius Mason (Jennifer) of Marion, SC and Jacody Carmichael of the home; A very special and loving sister, Earldine Page of Mullins, SC; seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five sisters-in- law, four brothers – in- law, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.   A special friend, Stacey Wilson.
