"God will go before you walk beside you stand behind you; I am with you always" Matthew 28:20
Donald Thompson was born on April 12, 1967 to the late gloria Jean and Herman Thompson in Mullins, South Carolina. Donald attended Marion county public schools and joined the Navy straight out of high school in 1985. He worked in construction in NC, apartment maintenance in NJ, and at Perdue in SC for a short while. He spent the last years of his life being a caregiver to Duck. Donald leaves to cherish his precious memories: two children, Jamarcus Riggins and Quinton Inman ,4 grandkids Jayden Leonard, Quinesha, Jaden and Mariah Inman, a sister and brother, Nena and Curtis Thompson, 3 nieces Cherena and LaShana Gerald, and Rihanna Bridges; 2 nephews: Lamar Johnson and Brayden Gerald, an aunt that raised him as her own, Fleetwood "Shorty" Jones; 2 stepchildren Sho'Mari Owens and JaMonica McFarland; a special cousin Terri Brigman, special sisters Patricia and Jacqueline Legette; a host of friends, relatives, and loved ones that referred to him as "uncle Donald."
