There comes a time in everyone’s life when they must leave the ones they love. That time came for Ms. Arshall Flemming Johnson late Sunday evening on March 18th, 2018. She was born in Marion County on November 28th, 1960, to the late Mr. Valtine and Flora Mae Flemming.
Arshall was a 1979 graduate of Mullins High School. She was employed at Piedmont Medical Center as a nurse tech for 14 years. She was a faithful member of Mt. Carmel Missionary Baptist Church until she relocated to Rock Hill, South Carolina.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Leroy Flemming and sister, Jean Vereen.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband Gary Johnson Sr. of Mullins, SC; one daughter: Chelsea “Chelt” King of the home, two sons: Brandon “Bran” King also of the home, Gary (Shayla) Johnson of Rock Hill, South Carolina; Four children she reared: Domonick Flemming, Felisha Flemming, Asha Holland and Obasi Holland; Four grandchildren: Chylan, Nyzier, Gabriel, and Christian; Five Sisters: Wanda (Frank) McFadden, Deborah (Rufus) Holmes, Joyce (Arnold) Leonard, James (Brenda) Flemming, and Kay Frances Nichols all of Mullins, South Carolina; Two step-sisters: Lilease Sams, Evone Legette; Two sister-in-laws: Peggy (Milton) Troy, Mollie (Earl) Floyd; One brother-in-law: Eugene Currie; Two aunts: Lena Bell (James) Johnson of Ocean City, New Jersey, Elizabeth Legette of Mullins, SC; Special friends: Rhonda Davis Page, John Holland, Darlene Gibbs; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends.
